Be an Exhibitor or Sponsor at ATDLE’s 2020 Annual Two-Way Bilingual Immersion Conference!

This year’s 3-day conference promises to be a top-notch educational event for the Two-Way & Dual Language education community. We anticipate over 1,400 educators from over 30 states will attend this year’s gathering.

Our exhibitors and sponsors are integral to this conference and we greatly appreciate the support and excellent instructional materials, literature and resources that you bring to Two-Way & Dual Language educators. Our TWBI/DL teachers and administrators are some of the finest educators in the country and highly influential decision-makers at their schools and districts.

This year’s exhibitors and vendors will have great traffic and visibility throughout the exhibitor show for your tabletop displays. Teachers and administrators in attendance will be encouraged to visit with vendors between sessions, after lunch, and during the special events.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

What Does it Cost?

Standard Exhibitor Tabletop – $850

  • One 8 ft. table provided for three days for a fee of $850.
  • Your company’s logo included in the conference program and the conference app

All Exhibitors will…

Have great traffic and visibility throughout the exhibitor show for your table-top displays. Teachers and administrators in attendance will have designated times and encouraged to visit with vendors between sessions, after lunch, and during the special events.

All vendors will receive complimentary listing in the conference program, your logo added to the vendor page, complimentary listing the conference APP and an identification sign for your booth as well as evening security in the exhibit hall.

Special sponsors will receive ads and recognition in the conference program, special placement in the exhibit area, and opportunities to present special workshops during the conference.

What are the Hours?

Exhibitor Move-In 

  •  Thursday, October 15, 2020 at 8:00 a.m.

Exhibitor Move-Out 

  •  Saturday, October 17, 2020 by 5:00 pm

*All exhibitors must have their booth set up by 12:00 noon on Thursday, October 15, 2020

Exhibition Hours

  • Thursday October 15, 2020 at 12:00 noon until 5:00 pm
  • Friday, October 16, 2020 from 7:30 am -5:00 pm
  • Saturday, October 17, 2020 from 7:30 am -4:00 pm

*All exhibitors must have their booth loaded out by 5:00 pm on Saturday, October 17, 2020

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

ATDLE Photo Booth

Following the success of the photo booth the last three years of our conference, we will be adding a photo booth to the exhibitor’s space so that our attendees can come and get their picture taken as a souvenir. Yes, this will definitely bring traffic to your booth. If you decide to sponsor the booth, you will have the booth placed right next to your exhibit space and have your company name/logo added to their picture.

This placement will allow your company to interact with the attendees as they wait in line and have the participants remember your company each time they see their picture form the conference.

TWBI Conference Bags

See your logo everywhere during the 2018 Two Way Conference. This portable marketing opportunity will showcase your company and everyone will become familiar with your company when they return to their schools with this year’s conference bag. TWBI Conference Lanyards

See your company name and website on each attendee during the 2019 Two-Way Conference. This is another great marketing opportunity to showcase your company’s name and website on over 1400 convention center attendees. Attendees will become familiar with your company name and website which will be printed on the lanyard! Write us at info@atdle.org before June 1 and let us know of your interest in sponsoring the lanyards. Exclusive $4,000

 

Conference Bag Items:

If you are a gold, silver or platinum sponsor and planning to send materials to be placed in the conference bags, i.e. flyers, pens, stickers, etc., please inform us via email to info@atdle.org or by calling the ATDLE office at (408) 216-0088. This Years Policies! Please Read Before Registering!

CHECK POLICY: Please include a copy of your registration confirmation with your check payment. All check payments are due within 30 days after submitting registration. Please mail all checks to: ATDLE, 3121 Park Ave, Ste C. Soquel, CA 95073

CANCELLATION POLICY: ALL cancellations must be in writing to registration@atdle.org. Written cancellations received prior to August 14, 2020 shall be subject to a 10% service charge. Cancellations received after August 14, 2020 but prior to September 18, 2020 shall be subject to a 50% service charge. No refunds will be made for cancellations after September 18, 2020.

PRINTING DEADLINE: Registrations received after August 14, 2020 may not make the printing deadline for the program and signage.
This is a professional, adult conference – no children will be admitted to sessions, events, or exhibit hall. Attendees and their guests are to treat all convention attendees, convention center staff, and ATDLE personnel involved with the convention in a professional and courteous manner. Argumentative behavior, disruptive behavior, and any form of harassment is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
Photographs may be taken for non-commercial use by ATDLE and its vendors, and that by the registrant submitting registration they are consenting to ATDLE or its vendor’s use of any pictures of the registrant.

SUIT CASING POLICY: As defined by the International Association of Exhibitions and Events, suitcasing is a practice on the part of any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, and/or in another company’s booth. In order to distribute information to and conduct business with attendees, you must have a booth in the exhibit hall. All materials must be distributed from the booth and not in the public areas of the convention. Any person violating or suspected of violating this policy may be removed from the conference, prohibited from attending the remainder of the conference and prohibited from attending future ATDLE conferences at the sole discretion of ATDLE staff.

LIABILITY POLICY / ASSUMPTION OF RISKS: By registering for this event, I hereby assume all of the risks of participating in all activities at ATDLE Events, including but not limited to, any risks that may arise from the negligence or carelessness of ATDLE, their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, partners, contractors, agents, representatives, volunteers, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Host”) and/or from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, operated or controlled by the Host.

(A) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE the Host from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence of the Host or myself, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or any other damage or actions of any kind which may affect or impact me in any way arising from the Activity.

(B) I INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the Host from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of my participation in the Activity, whether caused by the negligence of the Host, myself, or otherwise.
