REGISTRATION CONFERENCE POLICIES:

I NEED TO CANCEL – WHAT DO I DO?
Because it is past our cancellation deadline, no refunds will be issued at this time. ALL refund requests need to be emailed to registration@atdle.org, and they will be reviewed after the convention.

I NEED TO SUB – WHAT DO I DO?
All substitutions will be processed onsite. The new attendee can simply show up and look up the attendee’s name, and substitute the information before printing their badge. There is no need to contact our office beforehand. We will process all of these onsite.

I NEED TO REGISTER – WHAT DO I DO?
We will be taking all new registrations onsite. Attendees can go to the on-site registration desk to register. Please note that they will need a form of payment, a credit card or a check. No Purchase Orders.

I NEED TO EDIT MY REGISTRATION (I.E., ADD THE RUN OR A PRE-CON) – WHAT DO I DO?
We will be taking all registration changes. Attendees can go to the on-site registration desk to register. Please note that they will need a form of payment, a credit card or a check. No Purchase Orders.

Payment Policy: All funds must be received by May 29th, 2027. We know many schools use purchase orders, and the confirmation at the end can be turned in for this process. However, using a purchase order is an internal process with your school, and we must still receive final payment in the form of a check or credit card prior to the conference to be granted access. All attendees must cancel their registration regardless of if payment has been submitted OR NOT – if you fail to cancel your registration, you will be required to pay for your conference registration. So please be certain when purchasing. If you have any questions, please call us at (408) 216-0088.

We accept payment in the form of a check (made payable to ATDLE), cashier’s check, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express). Please let your agency’s fiscal or business office know that the final payment form is due no later than May 29th, 2027.

Check Policy: Please include a copy of your registration confirmation with your check payment. All check payments are due May 29th, 2027. After May 29th, 2027, individuals may still register but must pay with a credit card. Please mail all checks to ATDLE, 7960 Soquel Ave, Ste B, 112. Aptos, CA 95003. Whether a registrant is paid or not, all registrants must cancel in writing by the cancellation deadline of May 29th, 2027, or you will be held liable for payment.
