Dear Colleagues,
Don’t miss the opportunity to register for the Teaching Academic Spanish in
Grades Pre-K through 12 Certificate Program offered by the Center for Equity for
English Learners at Loyola Marymount University. This program is conducted
entirely in Spanish and is designed specifically for Spanish speakers and
teachers in bilingual/dual language programs. The three-course program of study
is offered through a combination of online and webinar meetings. Each course
offers participants the opportunity to earn 4 semester units of continuing
education credit.
We have recently adjusted our program start date to begin this Wednesday,
February 13, 2013 and are still accepting registrations. Please contact our

enrolling in our first course titled Review of Spanish Linguistics and
Biliteracy. See attached flyer for information on program dates and course
offerings.
